Hi! Elizabeth here! (Liz)

I'm from England, and I love cricket! It's such a fantastic sport, and I think it's great that it's such a gentleman's game, where respect is an important part of every game. I believe that in today's world, in a lot of other sports, respect for other players and teams is something that sometimes gets forgotton, but, for the most part, cricket is something that upholds this. Most cricket players are great role models in today's society,as not only are they talented sportsmen, they are also genuinely lovely people, which I know from having been lucky enough to meet most of the England team personally.

I first got properly interested in cricket in the early summer of 2008, during the England vs South Africa test series. I first started watching it as a friend introduced it to me, and I immediately began to love the game (and the England team!) It was during this test series that Stuart Broad caught my eye. Of course, he is very attractive, but not only that, he is a very talented cricketer with a great future ahead of him. I've always been a huge fan of his-he is, without a doubt, my favourite cricketer in the world. He has proved throughout his career that he has talent with both bat and ball, and whenever he's had a tough patch on the playing field he has proved that he will bounce back and do us and his team proud. I have never lost faith in him.

I am lucky enough to say that I have had the priviledge of meeting Stuart several times so far, and he is a genuinely lovely, gentlemanly person. I think it's great that there are so many fellow fans of his out there, which is why we have created all these fan pages for him-he deserves all of the support, and it is important that we continue to follow and support Stuart and the England team throughout the ups and downs of playing cricket, while at the same time making new friends through the fan pages and sharing in our love of the sport :)
